CHANGES AND RETURNS

1.RETURNS

-We do not make refunds of money. You must be sure at the time of purchase since return money.

CHANGES BY THE CUSTOMER LIKES

  • We make changes if desired by the customer of a garment on the other, either by size, color, reference, model.
  • To proceed with the change, the article should not have been used or only once, must be in perfect condition, with tags still on and complete and in its original packaging.
  • The garment should be returned by the same means and under the same conditions in which the client received it, assuming the cost of transport and others involving its return. (This cost depends on the place where the customer is located.)
  • The claim must be made through the corporate mail info@gigo.com.co, and C.I. ZIGZAG WEAR S.A.S. (GIGO UNDERWARE) will respond within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the moment in which is received the garment for your review.
  • The deadline for changes will be of 30 calendar days, from the day of receipt of the goods.
    • Time of replacement of the product, 30 days starting from received the claim.
For any change, it is the customer's responsibility:

  • Keep the invoice and print a copy of the same, in order to make any claim.
  • Take into account the terms and conditions outlined on this site before purchasing any of the garments available.
  • Provide information correct for purposes of shipping and billing, otherwise will be charged redirection of the order costs.
  • Read and follow carefully the instructions for care and cleaning of the products.
  • Check very well turn it upon receipt and before signing the conformity check format, delivering the conveyor.
  • Review prior to purchase the correct size of the garment, taking into account this table of measurement together with the photo or image of the garment.
CHANGES DUE TO FAULTY

  • We warranty changes by a garment manufacturing faults on the other, either by size, color, reference model.
  • Where the claim is for defects of quality in the garment, transport or shipping costs shall be borne by C.I. ZIGZAG WEAR S.A.S. (GIGO UNDERWARE).
  • To proceed with the change you must first send photos and details of the fault, C.I. ZIGZAG WEAR S.A.S. (GIGO UNDERWARE) will verify compliance with this policy for changes, and will depend on this, that your request is appropriate and accepted.
